About the Author: Dr Sarah Bell-Booth is a formally trained registered Clinical Psychologist. She uses evidence-based techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Scheme Therapy. These therapeutic approaches empower people with practical coping strategies to manage their anxiety and depression in specific situations.
