NURTURE YOUR BODY
Marti from Lunabloom will help you to release tension with a rejuvenating 30min back and shoulder massage. Whether you are looking for a relaxing massage, or your tight muscles need some deeper work, Marti will be able to help you release tension and free up your back. As women we carry so much responsibility and weight on our shoulders. Marti combines trigger point techniques, muscle stretching and shifting emotional and physical blocks, with the aim that you will walk away feeling more balanced, more energised, and generally lighter.
Marti will draw on 19 years of massage therapy and other holistic treatment methods and techniques to nurture and pamper you. She also creates special keepsake jewellery where she can encapsulate items into a forever treasure. Check out her social media pages to see some of her incredible work.
NURTURE YOUR SOUL
Inspirational Medium Sue Jones will then offer you a mini psychic reading where she can offer insight, hope and inspiration to help you in your life journey; or to learn about and communicate with your spirit guides and loved ones who have passed.
Sue originally trained as a Community Nurse, then soon moved into natural healing in which she has studied a number of modalities. She became a Medical Herbalist 30 years ago, and continues to use much of her healing knowledge in assisting those who come to her. Readings have formed a large portion of her work over the past 20 years.
Hannah will delight your taste buds by making you a plant based green smoothie and curry (with recipe cards to take home), and give you insight into how you can incorporate more plant foods in your daily diet.
Hannah is a practice nurse with a passion for lifestyle/preventative medicine and holds a Certificate in Plant Based Nutrition. She especially enjoys helping patients transition to a whole food plant based lifestyle to help prevent (and sometimes even reverse) lifestyle diseases such as obesity, type two diabetes, heart disease and cancer. Hannah enjoys cooking from scratch and uses a Thermomix in her home kitchen.
