USE: Spray on feet at bedtime 10-30 minutes before bed.  After adjusting for a few weeks, spray it on other sore areas (arms, shoulders, legs, stomach). Do not apply to broken skin. If you experience a tingle/itch or don’t like the sticky feeling, you can wash it off after 30 minutes. Another option, if tingly, is to apply an oil or cream over the top to moisturise and soothe the skin.
