You seriously need this in your life.. Love rubbing this on my abdomen.. its warming.. comforting.. just what you need when your achy and grumpy around that time of the month or just anytime you feel cold and cramps.
I used on my lower abdomen because it was always cold..
It warmed it up… and it stayed warm all day.. Its the only product that ive found works..
