Sunshine Elixir – Antioxidant Face Oil is perfect for sun-damaged skin.
Do you have dry skin patches, sun spots, or lack some glow? Then, my new plant-based face oil may be just the ticket. I infuse my homegrown calendula, comfrey root, and marshmallow root with organic turmeric and hibiscus flowers into organic jojoba oil. I then added organic pomegranate oil, avocado oil, rosehip oil, castor seed oil, bakuchiol (2%), helichrysum essential oil, carrot seed essential oil, rose essential oil, ylang-ylang essential oil and vitamin E.
Anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties are essential to the skin as they may help;
- reduce the appearance of wrinkles, sun spots, acne and scars,
- even skin tone,
- reduce redness, and
- protect the skin from damage caused by free radicals.
This is a heavier, more nourishing oil for mature skin types.
